PAOLA GRIZI
PAOLA GRIZI, a renowned artist in Italy, her country of origin, and internationally, has won numerous awards, including the third international ceramics biennale of Ascoli Piceno and the 35th CICA in Spain, where she later served as a jury member.
She has also been a resident guest of the city of ChangChun in China twice during its sculpture competition.
She entered the art world in her childhood, alongside her grandfather, a famous Italian artist.
She pursued her studies in literature and graduated with honors.
PAOLA GRIZI then began a career as a journalist, while continuing to sculpt every day.
Her work celebrates artistic creation, both literary and visual, through her sculpture-books in particular. Glances, faces, hands emerge from the pages of her bronzes, which come to life before the viewer's eyes, challenging them to write history together, to seek the truth beyond reality.
Inspiration fills the pages with indecipherable characters, keeping the mystery complete and the dream open.
